July 15, 2025 Representatives from PAX sapiens visited the Center for Global Studies at the School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, for a discussion on cooperation related to the fentanyl issue. The delegation included Dr. Zhongqiang Ming, Chief Representative of the Arsenault Family Foundation China office; Daniel Baldwin, Director of the Joint Action on Drug Elimination (JADE) Initiative; and Junyang Hu, Research Associate for the US China Program.
